Carbon Budget Tool

I've added a new carbon clock tool that you can use in your website to track when we'll overrun our carbon budget.
If you click on the tools button on our navbar it will take you to our tools page and you should see one called 'Carbon Clock'. This tool will let you pick scenarios and then display the amount of time left before we go over our carbon budget in the scenario you select. It is fully embeddable and customizable, and two examples of it are:
